Congratulations! Deciding to work with a nutritionist is your first step to optimal health. Nutrition goes beyond food and incorporates social, economic, and personal choices. The impact families, communities, tradition, and habit have on our ability to make healthy choices cannot go unnoticed. Working with a Nutritionist one-on-one can be just what you need to uncover your true health potential.

Basic Health Package 
This Comprehensive Health Package = 6 appointments (usually spread out over the course of 3-6 months).

Step 1. Initial Consultation |  60 minutes

During the initial consultation, we review your health and medical history, discuss your current health concerns, and map out your goals. Diet, lifestyle, signs and symptoms will be assessed. Outside of this appointment, time is spent transferring your diet and lifestyle analysis into a comprehensive, individualized health plan.

Step 2. Health Plan | 45 minutes

In your second appointment, you will be presented with your health plan. We will review diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, meal ideas, and recipes. Questions will be answered and you will leave with a toolbox of effective tips and sustainable strategies to support you and your journey to health.

Step 3. Follow-up Appointment | 45 minutes

Follow up is crucial for effective change. Your initial follow up appointment is used to build knowledge of nutrition and wellness. During these appointments, you will have an opportunity to ask questions, prepare for challenging situations, and acquire new tools, resources or products to feel supported.

Step 4. Three additional 45 minute follow up appointments*.

*If you do not require in-office follow ups, there is option for hands-on instruction (in the form of kitchen detox, meal prep lessons, or grocery tour).

Future Follow Ups 

$80/60 minutes
$220 for 3 x 60 minutes

Follow ups can be used as check-ins, to set new goals, and to fine tune your current health plan. We will check in with your individualized strategy and tweak it to work for you. Recipes, meal ideas, and other resources can be requested in advance. If the client does not require in-office meetings, there is option for hands-on instruction (in the form of kitchen detox, meal prep lessons, or grocery tour).

Yoga Add-on

$70/60 minutes

Add on an hour of private yoga instruction to any nutrition appointment or package. Erin has her 500RYT through Moksha Yoga International and offers hatha, flow, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and moksha-inspired classes. Her classes are fun, energized, and deeply relaxing. Semi-privates available as well.
